Low no. 542-77 \"On the aimed program  of Saint Petersburg \"Program of the preparation for the 300-year anniversary of Tsarskoye Selo (Pushkin Town)  in 2006-2010\"  was  approved by the Legislative Assembly of Saint Petersburg.  Revival  of the historical sights, improvement of  the life quality, futher forming of the city as a valued  spiritual and cultural center of Russia  were aims of this program.
