He reflected his  impressions in a great poetical work where famous poet lines  have sounded:    \"If only with a beautiful building  / The number of stars must be increased, / Like the bright constellation/ Tsarskoye Selo is  worthy.  <br/><br/><br/> The Coasting Hill with a pavilion was built according to the design  of  F.-B. Rastrelli between the Ramp Alley and the Great Lake. The constructive decision of this design  was done by A.K.
